Digital deliverables and systems are deployed and transferred via verified secure channels. Timelines and release notes are communicated in accordance with agreed milestones.

Users are entitled to receive products and software matching confirmed specifications. The company reserves the right to decline or terminate engagements that violate applicable laws or internal security standards.

The company shall not be held liable for indirect damages, incidental losses, or disruptions caused by events of force majeure outside reasonable corporate control.
